
Multidisciplinary artist Leon Rodgers brings playful audiovisual territory to the Mechanics Institute.
An audio/visual sound bath guided by Gulan – meaning microbat in Gathang – exploring the cave systems of eastern Australia. Combining experimental composition and innovative sound design to create a dynamic, immersive environment.
Leon Rodgers is a composer and Worimi descendant, blending music, technology and First Nations storytelling. Having composed for Bangarra Dance Theatre, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Vivid Sydney, Leon debuts his first solo installation,also featuring touch designer collaborator Jordan East.
