Safari Zone Records, a Melbourne collective of musicians, artists, and event organizers, creates unique experiences. Founded in 2021 by friends seeking an alternative to the oversaturated dance music scene, they've made their mark with events at venues like Third Day and My Aeon, plus multiple outdoor raves. Their techno, disco, and house releases, including tracks by Rem Siman (played by Solomun, Eelke Kleijn, and Pete Tong), have garnered international acclaim.
At Rubix, Safari Zone showcases its top DJs. Lachlan Keys opens with electro house and disco, followed by Lost Memories (Proponent Records) with a powerful live electronic performance blending breakbeat, house, and techno. Cosmo Kreamer brings classic Detroit techno, followed by Jack Pellegrino's unique techno/IDM blend. Tranq and Dr Feel deliver hard techno and trance, and Rem Siman closes with his signature melodic, groove-driven sound.
