Alex crafts lush, immersive electronic music that blends field recordings, delicate sound design, and syncopated rhythms into evocative sonic journeys. His work sits at the intersection of ambient, house, and experimental forms, rich with mood, movement, and a strong sense of place. Renowned for his improvisational live performances, Alex creates ephemeral, site responsive sets that evolve with the environment. Each performance becomes a moment in time. With acclaimed releases on labels such as Mule Musiq, A Strangely Isolated Place, Scissor & Thread, Anjunadeep and his own imprint Analogue Attic, Alex has established a distinct voice in the global electronic landscape. As one half of Albrecht La’Brooy (with Sean La’Brooy), he has further expanded his musical language through releases on Apollo Records, a sub-label of R&S. His music has received praise from outlets such as Resident Advisor and XLR8R and has performed internationally at events and festivals like Bassiani (Georgia), La Nature (Belgium), Paradise City (Belgium), Giegling (Melbourne), MNMT Festival (Denmark), Tresor (Berlin), Public Records (New York), Giant Steps (London), and Vent (Tokyo).

With support from MishLXY and Ewan Jansen aka FLUD (LIVE).
