Additional Information
Resonant Bodies recognizes that there are various barriers to accessibility and engagement when attending events. To support attendees we have implemented several practices designed to create a more inclusive and accommodating environment. While we strive to provide a predictable and calming atmosphere, we also acknowledge that this remains a live event, and inevitably there will be nuances and elements that cannot be controlled.

Quiet Atmosphere Before and After Events:

  • No background "house music" will be played before or after the event to maintain a calm and quiet environment, minimizing auditory overload.

Warm and Subtle Lighting:

  • Lighting will be kept warm and gentle, avoiding any moving, flashing, or strobing lights. This helps create a soothing and comfortable atmosphere for those with light sensitivities.

Scent-Free Environment:

  • We will not use scented candles, incense, or other strong fragrances for individuals with sensory sensitivities or allergies.

Clear and Predictable Schedule:

  • A clear and predictable schedule will be provided for all events, reducing unexpected changes that could trigger anxiety.
