Physical Access

Brunswick Mechanics Institute is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance on Sydney Road. It features a wide double doorway, a ramp and handrails. There is a footpath ramp approximately 10m from the venue entrance.
The ramp has a gentle slope leading up to the entry, with handrails on either side and tactile paving at the base and top of the ramp. There is a small lip to navigate as you enter the building through these double doors.

Public Transport

Reachable by the number 19 Tram (Stop #21), Upfield Train Line (Jewell and Brunswick Station are approximately a 600m walk), and Bus 506 on Glenlyon Rd.

Car Parking

A public car park located behind the venue which is permit only between 9-5pm, 2P on street parking on Davis Street and all day parking on Eveline and Blair Street, about 200m away. There are 2 accessible parking spaces located at the corner of David St and Glenlyon Rd, and another 2 accessible parking spaces located a little further down Glenlyon Rd, in front of the Brunswick Community Health Centre.

Sydney Road or Glenlyon Road (directly outside venue).

Additional Information

The bar has a lowered section for access. No dedicated quiet space.
