In 2008 Jeff Lang released his 13th. solo album; a remarkable achievement and a measure of this artists' commitment and dedication to his work. Since his first album release in 1994, with each new album Jeff has pushed the boundaries, experimenting with different musical ideas and directions, instigating exciting collaborations, changing line-ups while developing his live performance skills and his unique lyrical style. Jeff Lang is surely one of the most innovative Australian contemporary artists, Jeff will be appearing with Grant Cu……on double bass.

COLLARD GREENS & GRAVY
Collard, Greens & Gravy formed in Melbourne in 1995 by Ian Collard, performs original and blues standards in the style of classic country and swamp blues much reminiscent of RL Burnside, and Blind Willie Johnson. The band, have twice represented Australia in the international blues challenge in Memphis Tennesee, their most recent appearance being in February of this year. Collards Greens & Gravy are very Brunswick, very edgy, jagged, original and authentic in equal measures. Ian Collard on vocals, harp and guitar, James Bridges on guitar and fiddle, and the fabulous Anthony 'Shortie' Shortte on his own fantastic form of percussion. .
